Job summary

The Legacy of Venice is seeking a Concierge to support residents and staff in a warm, family-like senior living community. The role covers clerical duties, guest reception, and coordination of services to residents and families.

You will assist the Wellness Director with appointments, maintain lobby areas, and provide excellent customer service while handling multiple tasks. This position offers part-time shifts with full benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with general office procedures and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be free of communicable disease and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, route calls, and locate residents as needed.
• Greet visitors and sign registers; route them as appropriate.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families and guests.
• Assist Wellness Director with appointments and scheduling.
• Maintain resident mailboxes and lobby area; manage supplies.
• Provide administrative support: typing, filing, reports, scheduling, vendor calls.
• Schedule work orders with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist with recruitment activities: ads, screenings, interviews.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and order as approved.
• Report unsafe conditions or hazards to the supervisor.
