Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors courteously.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Coordinate resident transportation and guest suite reservations.
• Assist residents with activity and event reservations.
• Liaise with security and valet staff to meet resident needs.
