Job summary

City of East Providence seeks a Part Time Member Services Representative in East Providence, RI, to serve as the front desk for the Senior Center. You will greet visitors, handle memberships, renewals, and information requests while maintaining confidentiality.

The role supports transportation reservations, schedule postings, and daily office operations during the 12:00 pm–4:00 pm shift three days per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Pass a background check (BCI) if selected.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and visitors to the Senior Center.
• Answers incoming calls and assists with memberships and renewals.
• Manages membership cards, fees, and class sign-ups.
• Maintains My Senior Center database and updates membership forms.
