Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from all Health Center sites and provide information or route calls as needed.
• Schedule appointments accurately with correct health center, provider, date and reason for visit.
• Adhere to Hotlist Guidelines and route calls to Nurse when appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional internal/external customer service in all interactions with patients and staff.
• Maintain professional conduct and meet organizational metrics for call processing.
