Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; no specific experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of employment and kept current.
• OSHA Training and related safety courses within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on membership and program offerings and facility schedules.
• Aggressively promote and sell memberships and handle related registrations.
• Process memberships, camps, programs, and child care registrations.
• Answer telephone calls professionally within three rings.
• Provide administrative support including typing, data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
• Greet members by name and maintain confidentiality; work with staff and volunteers.
• Assist with tours and maintain a welcoming, safe environment.
