Job summary

Go Store It in Kansas City is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Property Manager to maintain the facility and assist customers on-site. You will walk the property daily, fix minor issues, and keep units prepared for new renters.

You’ll manage cleaning, inspections, and basic repairs while ensuring a secure and well-maintained environment. PTO is offered and advancement from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patch repairs.
• Keep the property clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working.
• Assist customers on-site and provide a ready hand when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
