Job summary

Go Store It Self-Storage in Warsaw, MO is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to maintain an on-site storage facility. You will walk the property daily, address issues like locks and lights, and keep hallways and units clean, ensuring smooth turnover after move-outs.

You will assist customers on site, check gates and alarms, and maintain a professional appearance of the property. A high school diploma is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. PTO is offered.

• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
