Job summary

Go Store It Management is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Associate to help keep our on-site storage facility in top condition. You will walk the property daily, fix small issues, and keep spaces clean, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

The role involves basic repairs, assisting customers on-site, and turning over units after move-outs. PTO eligibility, advancement opportunities, and tools provided support your growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
