Burlington Stores seeks a Part-time Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure, welcoming store environment while delivering excellent customer service.

As a Shortage Control Associate, you will monitor entrances, support loss-prevention initiatives, greet customers, and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty. The role requires stamina for standing, strong communication, and a commitment to safety, with benefits for eligible part-time staff.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection or operations.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic demeanor and provide security support.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support shortage reduction programs and train associates on safety procedures.
