• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor surroundings.
• Excellent communication, posture, and energetic greeting skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Monitor entrance areas to reduce opportunities for theft and shoplifting.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
