Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security operations on a designated shift at a client site. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to manage staff, handle crises, and maintain high service quality. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Careful reading of procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving experience; clean record.
• Completion of background check and drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved guidelines.
• Prepare reports and logs in a timely and neat manner.
