Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff and operations on a defined shift at a designated site. You will coordinate with site leaders and the account team while ensuring service quality and safety.

The role requires strong communication, reporting, and the ability to manage incident response; a valid driver's license may be required in some locations and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or 5 years verifiable security/military experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs; professional presentation and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and disciplined actions within approved guidelines.
