Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site.

The Shift Security Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor and Account/Field Operations Manager, coaching staff, and ensuring quality service delivery. Candidates must have 1+ year of security experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 1+ year of security experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor and Account/Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment ranges.
