Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Mechanicsville, Virginia. The role involves supervising and coordinating the delivery of security services on a designated shift, serving as a liaison between site supervisors and security officers, and providing coaching and discipline as needed.

The position is part-time with an hourly pay rate of $17.50, and standard shift is Saturday to Sunday 4:00pm - 12:00am.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service excellence on-site.
