Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Hospital Security Shift Supervisor for weekend part-time coverage. The role involves supervising security staff, coordinating with the site team, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will prepare daily reports, uphold procedures, and respond to incidents with professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Must read and follow operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Oversee staff on shift and ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain logs and reports in a timely, legible manner.
• Respond to crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
