Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A background check is required by law.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology location by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; manage visitor entry per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations; communicate with site contacts and responders.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence.
