Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
• Prepare and communicate activity, incident, and patrol reports.
