Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecom location, following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of offices, exteriors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, incident, and patrol activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and assist with site procedures as directed.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts and report maintenance issues and policy violations.
