Allied Universal in Whitsett, NC is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Asset Protection to safeguard clients across tech/media locations. You will provide customer service, monitor access, and conduct foot patrols using tablet tools to document activities.

The role offers a flexible schedule with specified shifts. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, age 18+ (21+ for armed), background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Background histories considered in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology location by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas and entrances to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for contractors, deliveries, and guests.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting observations for site contacts and responders.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence.
