Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Response in Fairfax, VA. You will monitor retail locations, patrol areas, and assist visitors while providing excellent customer service and quick response to incidents.

This role offers flexible scheduling through our Claim a Shift platform, requires a valid driver’s license, and invites you to grow with a team that values integrity, safety, and community service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A state or local security license is preferred.
• Basic computer or tablet use is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies using established retail protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail property and entrances.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and maintaining a professional presence.
