Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility services location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and access points to deter incidents.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and notify appropriate contacts.
• Prepare accurate shift logs and incident reports.
