Qualifications

• Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and retail personnel by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in retail areas, parking zones, loading zones, and surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report security-related conditions, suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support a welcoming retail environment by guiding visitors and assisting with access control.
