Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly following retail location protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail property, including common areas and entrances.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and maintaining a professional presence.
