Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Driver Patrol in Fairfax, VA. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to earn more by taking extra shifts via our scheduling platform.

You will provide customer service, monitor access points, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and prepare daily reports. A valid driver's license, HS diploma, and readiness for a background check are required;

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required as allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a site.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and report unauthorized activity.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and critical infrastructure.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; notify site contacts and responders.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports and share observations with leadership.
