Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol in Fairfax, VA to monitor and safeguard client locations within retail/mall settings while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, common areas, and exterior locations for unusual activity and report observations.
• Respond calmly to incidents or emergencies and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location, including parking and perimeter areas, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Complete incident reports and logs according to procedures.
