Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail and common areas, including entrances and parking areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and per established procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and shift communications.
