Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You’ll patrol, deter incidents, and maintain a visible, welcoming presence while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires a valid driver's license and a driving history, a high school diploma, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required with driving history.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and shoppers while following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location and report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate personnel or responders.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site rules.
• Document incidents and daily activities with clear reports.
