Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in the retail location and report maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, completing required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and local responders as needed.
