Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Security Officer in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will perform vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a safe, welcoming environment.

This role offers flexible day shifts with pay at $18.00 per hour and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required per policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at an automotive location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site policies.
• Report maintenance issues and security concerns to site contacts and leadership.
