Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors while enforcing site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts and emergency responders; maintain daily incident reports.
