What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and common-area locations, including entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
