Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver) in Sturtevant, WI. The role focuses on customer service, visible patrols, and safe, compliant operation of site procedures. A valid driver’s license is required and shifts run in the afternoon to evening schedule.

You will work at a retail/mall location, provide assistance, monitor access, and document patrols and incidents for site leadership.

Maintain a visible security presence and report hazards.
Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, deliveries, and authorized entry in accordance with location requirements.
Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
