Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver in Racine, WI. You will provide security services, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a retail/mall location.

Hours are part-time with a sample schedule and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history; a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail and common areas, including entrances and parking areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and in accordance with emergency procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and common-area locations, including entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licencing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
