Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Greendale, WI to perform unarmed patrols at a retail/mall location and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and a schedule with Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report any disturbances.
• Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols of common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns to management.
