Job summary

Diocesan AM Services of Fort Wayne is seeking a dedicated IT support person for a part-time role. You will troubleshoot a diverse network of Windows PCs, Chromebooks, and iPads, and manage imaging, software installs, and inventory.

You will also install and maintain VoIP and bell systems and handheld radios in a school environment. Hours total 29 per week, with flexible daily scheduling; compensation is $18.00 per hour and benefits are not provided.

Qualifications

• Must troubleshoot and manage a mixed device network including PCs, Chromebooks and tablets.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure and Office 365 is required.
• Familiarity with VoIP systems and device imaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and manage a network of 350 Windows PCs, 450 Chromebooks and 100 iPads.
• Prepare computers for the new school year: re-imaging, software installs, inventory updates.
• Set up and maintain VoIP phone, bell system and handheld radios; work with students and staff.
• Hours are 4–5 per day (about 29 per week); part-time, year-round; benefits not included.
