Job summary

North Way Christian Community is seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist (20 hrs/wk) for our multi-site church. The role triages tickets, troubleshoots hardware/software, and supports IT services to end users.

This position requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with travel to various church locations. A minimum of 4 years in IT support is expected, plus proficiency in Microsoft 365/Azure, and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure and related cloud tech; able to learn new SaaS products.
• Experience with ticketing systems and cybersecurity platforms.
• Familiarity with hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot both Mac and PC environments.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
• Clear background checks and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming IT support tickets and provide timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and network platforms.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and end-user support.
• Collaborate with IT team across multiple church locations.
• Travel to different church locations as needed.
