Diocese of Cleveland is seeking a part-time IT Support Technician for St. Anthony of Padua K-8 Catholic School in Lorain, OH. The role focuses on end-user support, device maintenance, and account administration to keep classrooms tech-enabled and secure.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows 11, ChromeOS, and iPadOS environments is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
• Basic understanding of network access configurations and cloud-based user administration through Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily technical support requests from teachers, staff, and students.
• Install, update, and configure software across school-owned Windows 11 devices.
• Address everyday hardware and equipment issues promptly to minimize classroom downtime.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and basic repairs of student Chromebooks and iPads using Mosyle management platform.
