Job summary

St. Mark Catholic School in Vienna, VA, seeks a part-time IT Specialist to support faculty, staff, and students. The role covers hardware/software troubleshooting, network and website administration, asset management, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional setting troubleshooting hardware, software, enterprise networks, and administrative software.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in a computer-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and desktop maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, deploy hardware, manage software, and maintain cybersecurity measures.
• Network, systems, and website administration.
• Manage network resources and school platforms; serve as website administrator.
• Asset management and data integrity; maintain inventory, licenses and warranties; coordinate with vendors.
• Provide user training and create/update user guides and technology policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
