Job summary

Warsaw Community Schools Central Office in Warsaw, Indiana is seeking a Level 1 Technician (Part Time) to provide end-user support, basic tech maintenance, and assist in device implementations for classrooms and labs.

The role reports to the Director of Technology and requires ability to travel between school buildings, install software/hardware, configure devices, and train users. Part-time 20 hours per week during the school year.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of computers.
• Knowledge of related mobile devices.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to solve independently most minor problems.
• Ability to travel between multiple school buildings.

Responsibilities

• End user support for staff and students using school technology.
• Maintenance of technology and assistance with device implementations.
• Assist with inventory and hardware/software recommendations.
• Provide training on new systems or modifications to current systems.
