Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Six months of food prep/serving experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.

• Familiarity with kitchen utensils and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garnishes and serve food in accordance with quality and merchandising guidelines.
• Follow USDA/state guidelines while serving food on the line.
• Receive, store, and rotate food in the stockroom, freezers, and refrigerators.
• Clean work surfaces, dining and food prep areas; maintain sanitary conditions.
• Assist in estimating, ordering and stocking of food supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
