Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to local stores and meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, actively selling and following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and close sales with engaging tours.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
