You will be approachable, positive, and proactive in delivering remarkable results while representing the Lovesac brand with integrity.

You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process, aiming to build lasting relationships and drive conversion.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support, including CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
