Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for improved performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, store conditions, and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout for smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and customer adoption of protection plans.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Custom Framing operations in volume stores as applicable.
• Train, coach, and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
