Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs to meet legal and store standards.
• Ensure execution of policies and maintain store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to sustain floor leadership and service.
• Ensure effective use of POS and Self-Checkout for smooth transactions.
• Oversee store programs and events such as Balloons and in-store activities.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards to drive retention and visits.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service including BOPIS and delivery.
