Job summary

Build-A-Bear in the Phoenix area seeks a Sales Lead (Floor Leader on Duty) who will guide a team of Bear Builders and ensure outstanding guest experiences. On designated shifts, you’ll model Experience First behaviors and drive store sales goals; off-shift you’ll function as a Bear Builder, delivering service excellence.

You will balance leadership duties with hands-on guest engagement, uphold brand standards, and support associates to grow and succeed in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 15–25 hours per week.
• Associate degree preferred in business/management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model by delivering exceptional guest service to create a memorable experience.
• Guide and direct a team of associates to meet store sales goals and ensure smooth operations.
