Job summary

Build-A-Bear is seeking a Sales Lead who toggles between Floor Leader on Duty and Bear Builder roles to drive store sales and guest satisfaction. You will guide a team, model Experience First practices, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on memorable guest experiences.

When not designated as Floor Leader, you will function as a Bear Builder, delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining brand standards, and fostering an inclusive atmosphere for guests to leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others by providing exceptional Guest service and memorable experiences.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to meet store sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors on duty and when Bear Builder.
• Provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues.
