Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in Phoenix is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead who serves as a role model Bear Builder and Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. You will direct a team to meet store sales goals while delivering Experience First guest service.

When not designated as Floor Leader, you will perform Bear Builder duties, upholding brand standards, engaging guests, and creating a welcoming environment. Flex schedule, 15-25 hours weekly, with store experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, 15–25 hours per week availability.
• Preferred prior Build-A-Bear store experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher in business/management preferred.

• Be a role model providing exceptional Guest service to create a memorable experience.
• Guide and direct a team to achieve sales goals and smooth store operations.
