Build-A-Bear Workshop in St. Louis, MO is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead who will act as a Floor Leader on Duty and guide Bear Builders on designated shifts.

You will coach and direct a team, ensure exceptional guest service, uphold brand standards, and provide feedback to management on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Flexible retail schedule required.
