Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in St. Louis seeks a TEMP Sales Lead to model Bear Builder duties and serve as Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. The role includes directing a team to hit store sales goals while also functioning as Bear Builder when not on Floor Leader duties.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field.
