LOFT in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become a store expert and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will uphold brand standards, coach the team, and use available tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.
